Gyokuro is one of Japan’s finest green teas, prized for its deep flavour and full-bodied texture. Our Gyokuro is only harvested once a year after being shaded for 30 days. This labour-intensive cultivation method enhances its umami flavour.

Sourced directly from the farmer, our loose leaf tea is designed to complement your favourite teaware. The preferred choice for brewing and flavor control.

First Brew
5g leaves | 40ml water | 60℃ | 3-4 minutes

Subsequent Brews
Same leaves | 40ml water | 60℃ | 1-2 minutes

After Brewing
The softened leaves can be enjoyed as a delicacy—dress them with ponzu sauce and toasted sesame seeds.

Second Brew
Same leaves | 100ml water | 60℃ | 2 minutes

Third Brew

20g leaves | 940ml room temperature water | Refrigerate for 6 hours
