2. Online Store and Sales Channels

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you. These Terms also apply to purchases made through Komeru Tea’s offline events, pop-ups, or official partner stores.

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or that you have given consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Komeru Circle Membership

Komeru Circle is our membership program designed to reward our loyal customers. Membership eligibility, benefits, and reward tiers are managed through Smile.io. By joining Komeru Circle, you agree to the separate Komeru Circle Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Komeru Tea reserves the right to modify or terminate the Komeru Circle program, including benefits, rewards, and eligibility criteria, without prior notice.

4. Product Information and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions, packaging, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information and imagery; however, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, colors, or visuals will be entirely accurate on your device display.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on komerutea.com are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Komeru Tea currently only accepts orders within Singapore.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of being fraudulent or made for resale purposes.

6. Orders and Billing Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information for all orders. Komeru Tea reserves the right to cancel or limit orders placed under the same customer account, billing address, or payment method.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of tea and food products, Komeru Tea does not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of product defect or damage upon delivery.

Requests for replacement must be made within seven (7) days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the issue. Komeru Tea reserves the right to review and assess each case individually.

8. Modifications to Service and Pricing

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. Komeru Tea shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of our offerings.
