Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items: 

  • Perishable Products: This includes all packaged teas and loose tea leaves, as consumable items and cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Handcrafted Accessories: Many of our tea accessories are handcrafted, which means they may feature natural irregularities that add to their unique character. These irregularities are not considered defects and will not be grounds for returns or exchanges.

We appreciate your understanding of these guidelines, which help us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If there is an issue with your order, we are here to assist you. Please contact us via the form within 30 days of receiving your item. For us to promptly respond to you, kindly provide the following:

  • Your order number or receipt.
  • Supporting photos of the item(s) in question.

Once we have reviewed and verified your case, you will be entitled to:

  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • A refund issued in the form of voucher credits, which can be used toward a future purchase.

Please note that requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Additional Information

  • Refunds for defective items will only be processed as voucher credits.
  • We may request the return of defective items for quality control purposes before issuing a replacement or refund.
