Promotional Delivery Period

From October 16 to November 16 2025, Komeru Circle members enjoy complimentary delivery on all qualifying orders within Singapore's accessible delivery zones. This exclusive benefit requires an active Komeru Circle account at the time of purchase. All deliveries during this period are conducted contactless with photo confirmation of delivery placed in the safest accessible location at your address. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation, and any delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours. Komeru reserves the right to determine delivery feasibility based on address accessibility, excluding restricted access buildings or areas requiring special permits. Standard delivery charges will apply from November 17, 2025.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. During periods of high demand, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Options

Komeru Tea currently ships within Singapore only. All domestic orders are fulfilled through our trusted delivery partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days after order is processed
  • Express Delivery: Next business day (excluding restricted areas)

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or certain remote locations. If you are uncertain whether your address is serviceable, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Special Delivery Zones

Special Zone Surcharge Areas: Deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas South (postal codes 636, 637), Tuas areas (postal codes 627, 628, 629, 638, 639), Lim Chu Kang, Changi Airport, Changi Airline House areas, and Changi Aviation Center are subject to additional surcharges.

Restricted Areas: Jurong Island, Changi Airport restricted zones, protected premises, port and terminals, may experience delivery limitations.

Komeru shall not be responsible for delays in deliveries to the aforementioned restricted areas. Komeru reserves the right to amend the restricted zones at any time.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may be incurred for:

  • Re-deliveries upon an unsuccessful delivery attempt (SGD 5)
  • Surcharge for Special Zone deliveries (SGD 10)

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery status may be monitored directly via the carrier’s website.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Address modifications may not be possible once an order has been processed. For any delivery delays or tracking issues, kindly reach out to the carrier directly.

Delivery Method

All deliveries are conducted contactless by default with photo confirmation of delivery placed at the safest accessible location at your address. If you wish to opt out of contactless delivery, kindly indicate your preference in the delivery notes during checkout.

Please note that the shipping fee covers one delivery attempt. Re-deliveries are subject to additional charges as outlined above.

Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be accommodated.
