PREPARATION

1. Place 5g of Gyokuro tea leaves in hot water (60℃/40ml) and allow the tea to steep for 3 to 4 minutes.

2. For subsequent brews, steep for 1 to 2 minutes.

3. After subsequent brews, you may eat the Gyokuro leaves with ponzu sauce and some toasted sesame seeds.

*For the best results, we recommend using soft water.
